Returns due to product defects are eligible for a refund (1) within 14 days of purchase for customers in Korea and (2) within 7 days of receipt of the product by our partners for customers outside of Korea.
For returns outside of Korea due to product defects, the return and refund process will be handled by our partner. For returns outside of Korea, we do not have a designated courier, and it is your responsibility to select a courier.
