    • *The customer is responsible for any bank charges that may occur when placing an overseas order, and customs duties, import sales tax, and handling fees are non-refundable upon return.
  • [Returns and refunds]
    • Returns can only be requested by e-mail to support@ofotd.com, and within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. We will reply to you via email whether a refund is possible.
    • Returns must be shipped out within 7 business days from the day you sent the return request via email. In case of return, please be careful about repackaging and return products that may be damaged. Please return the package, label, free gift (if any), and all that came with the product at the time of delivery.
    • If there is a return, the digital tag will not be issued, and the benefits and ownership of the digital tag will be forfeited. If digital tags are collected in an unusual way, they will be retrieved again.
    • We thoroughly inspect the products before they are shipped out, and the packaging status is recorded so that there are no missing products. Nevertheless, for returns due to defective products, we support round-trip shipping costs for refunds after product inspection.
  • [Non-refundable products]
    • If the product is damaged or defective due to the customer's negligence
    • In case the product value is damaged by removing the tag or opening the package (inner packaging)
    • When it is stated that 'refund is not possible' when selling made-to-order products, sealed products, etc.
    • If it is specified as ' non-refundable' on the product page
    • Items that have been washed or repaired or been marked non-returnable
    • Papers (cards, postcards, books, posters, etc.) or intimates (underwear, swimwear)
    • If it is impossible to resell as a new product due to contamination with perfume or severe wrinkling after wearing
    • If 14 days have elapsed from the date of receipt of the product
    • If the product is bought through minting projects (not drops), refunds and exchanges are not available.

  • [Order cancellation]
    • To cancel your order, email us at support@ofotd.com with your account email address and order ID.
    • If my page > my order > ulfillment status is in the 'fulfilled' state, the order can not be canceled due to the fact that the product has been shipped.
  • [Notes on purchase]
    • Please check the product information on the product page carefully before placing an order. Actual colors may differ due to monitor settings or specifications. Product size may have slight differences depending on the measurement method. Please follow the washing and care instructions on the product page.
    • In the case of a return due to the customer's change of mind, the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs, fees, and other costs.
    • In the case of a return request after shipment, it will be processed after the product is retrieved from the customer.
    • In the case of card payment, after the approval is canceled, the refund will be processed according to the policy of the card company. If you are unable to confirm your account despite the refund completion instructions, please contact your credit card company.
